The sale of tickets on KOLEO was made possible by the introduction of the Unified Terms of Business policy, which simplified the formalities of starting a partnership. As a result, PKP Intercity tickets are also available on the e-podroznik.pl and mPay platforms. The success of this collaboration has prompted PKP Intercity to focus on the development of remote channels and the expansion of its sales network, part of its strategy to streamline and simplify the passenger service process through the introduction of further digital solutions.
"We are pleased that travellers are willing to use the solutions we create together with our partners," said Tomasz Gontarz, a member of the board of PKP Intercity. "Unified terms and conditions are also an opportunity, worth taking advantage of, for other entities interested in selling tickets for travel on PKP Intercity trains. As the example of KOLEO shows, it is possible to achieve success in a short time."
