Buhler Versatile Completes ATLAS Acquisition, Saving 200 Jobs

The restructuring of German construction machinery manufacturer ATLAS has come to an end after Canadian company Buhler Versatile completed its acquisition of the group. The deal closed on 1 October and will preserve more than 200 jobs, with ATLAS now set to continue under its new owner.
