At a joint meeting, the representatives of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and the French railroad infrastructure manager SNCF-Reseau defined the areas of cooperation and exchange of experiences. Alain Quinet, Vice President of SNCF-Reseau and Ireneusz Merchel, President of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and Piotr Majerczak, Board Member for Infrastructure Maintenance, attended the meeting.
They discussed, among others, the implementation of the European Rail Traffic Management System and the functioning of railroad traffic management and the location of local control centres.
