In May, Budimex was a main partner at the 18th Annual Transport Infrastructure Conference held in Litomyšl. The event, which took place at the historic Zámecký pivovar, brought together industry leaders to discuss the future of transportation infrastructure in the Czech Republic. The conference featured 36 presentations across six thematic blocks, covering legislation, execution, financing of transport infrastructure, strategic tasks, and urban mobility. "We are eager to contribute to the high-speed rail projects in the Czech Republic," said Rafal Zahuta, project manager at Budimex. "We've got a lot of experience from handling big railway projects in Poland and working on the Rail Baltica line in Latvia."
Budimex was also one of the main partners at the prestigious Rail Business Days fair in Ostrava, a major international event for the railway industry, focusing on the latest innovations and trends in rail transport. "We ensure we stay active and alert. We also follow the preparation of high-speed rail projects in the Czech Republic, including their PPP form," said Maciej Olek, a member of the board of Budimex SA.
