All work is being conducted while maintaining rail service, primarily during maintenance windows. However, some tasks require extending maintenance periods or temporarily limiting speeds on specific sections. This investment contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 9, which supports the development of reliable, sustainable, resilient, and high-quality infrastructure.
