This week, railway fans have a unique opportunity to ride a nostalgic train led by the steam locomotive Všudybylka. On Thursday, 22 September, the steam train left the ČD Museum in Lužná u Rakovníka, Czech Republic, and is travelling via Rakovník, Blatná u Jesenice, Plasy and Horní Bříza to the Pilsen central station. On Sunday, 25 September, this train, pulled by an almost 100-year-old locomotive, will set off along the same line on its way back to Lužná.

A popular steam locomotive for passenger trains and light trains, especially for its easy operation and good transience, which ran in regular service until 1978 - this is the locomotive Všudybylka (354.195). This locomotive from 1925 will be one of the attractions of the National Railway Day, which is taking place this year in Plzeň. Thanks to this, railway enthusiasts can travel with it from the ČD Museum in Lužná near Rakovník to the West Bohemian metropolis.

On Thursday 22 September, a steam train pulled by Všudybylka left Lužná u Rakovníka at 9:00 and arrived in Pilsen at 15:20. On the way it will stop at the stations Rakovník, Jesenice, Blatno u Jesenice, Žihle, Plasy, Kaznějov, Horní Bříza and Třemošná u Plzně. In the opposite direction, this nostalgic train will set off on Sunday 25 September at 8:55 a.m. and will arrive in Lužná at 2:05 p.m. Tickets for both trains are on sale at all ČD ticket offices and also in the ČD e-shop (here).
