Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) performed repairs on the Hyundai Rotem train directly during the war and returned it to the tracks. The repaired Hyundai Rotem #002 electric train is already running on the Darnitsa (Kyiv) - Lviv route.
The Ukrainian Railway and Korean specialists performed several repair works during 15 weeks. In particular, they repaired the roof, electrical, braking, and traction equipment, the formation of wheel pairs, etc.
Ukrzaliznytsia continues to work at its full capacity even during the war and does not stop repair works wherever possible to give as many opportunities as possible for safe and comfortable evacuation of Ukrainians from the war zone.
