According to the region's Executive President of Transport, Franck Dhersin, the SNCF Voyageurs offer was evaluated as the best in all aspects. Dhersin, on the other hand, added that the contract will be terminated earlier if SNCF does not meet its targets for two consecutive years. SNCF Voyageurs even plans to set up a subsidiary that will operate services with a specialized operating system in Amiens, where the rolling stock will also be concentrated. The rolling stock will be owned by the local company Hauts-de-France-Mobilités, which is owned by the region.
