ÖBB Plus: Combine and benefit
ÖBB Plus combines the convenience of rail travel with a diverse tourist offer for every taste. "Offers from art, culture, adventure, sport, nature, technology – our ÖBB Plus tickets are as colourful as life and are just waiting to be explored by our guests," says Eva Buzzi, Managing Director of ÖBB Rail Tours, dem Train travel specialists.
And this is how it works: ÖBB customers select their optimal train ticket from the ÖBB range. If you can plan your trip well in advance, the best thing to do is buy a particularly cheap Sparschiene ticket. Anyone who spontaneously decides to travel is probably best off with the standard ticket and can also use their ÖBB VORTEILSCARD. The Einfach-Raus-Ticket for local and regional transport is perfect for groups of 2-5 people. In addition, the tourist offers can be combined with other ÖBB individual tickets (comfort, global price) and transport association individual tickets.
A large part of the ÖBB Plus offers can be booked in the shop area of the ÖBB Ticketshop at tickets.oebb.at/de/shop, even without buying an ÖBB ticket at the same time, at a reduced price!

Diversity counts: 53 leisure activities to choose from
In addition to the well-established classics such as the House of the Sea in Vienna, the Universal Museum Joanneum in Graz, the Raxalpe, the Mozart Museum in Salzburg, the Swarovski Crystal Worlds etc., there are, of course, also attractive new items in the programme.
One can breathe the sea air, for example, on a boat trip on Lake Wolfgang. The Salzburg Card for 24 hours and the Innsbruck Card for 48 hours enable unlimited sightseeing in 2023 with numerous free entries to various sights and museums as well as free public transport use. The KTM Motohall world of experience in Mattighofen is now attracting visitors with an interactive exhibition on the subject of motorcycles and the KTM brand.
The Lentos Museum in Linz has some top exhibitions to offer in 2023! But the federal capital Vienna also has two new ÖBB Plus partners in its repertoire. Sisi's Amazing Journey and the Swarovski Kristallwelten Store Wien Kärntner Straße are offers for young and old.
A highlight in the folder is the Wachau-Ticket combination ticket, which invites one to visit one of the most beautiful cultural landscapes in Europe under the motto Bahn+Schiff+Stift.
Art, culture, relaxation, sports, shopping and fun – there is the right offer for every taste.
