Polish transport company PKP Intercity has published an application form for enthusiasts with basic knowledge of railways willing or interested in sharing their observations or ideas for improving and modernizing the carrier's operations. It will help PKP Intercity tailor its services and offerings to meet passenger needs.
The form is available on the carrier's website mikol.intercity.pl. It will enable passengers to communicate directly with PKP Intercity representatives about their ideas for services, such as schedules, sales systems, or new transfers. This project particularly concerns people with knowledge of the principles of the railroad.
The form will help the carrier address issues and problems they might not notice. The questionnaire will create a set of suggestions that can be implemented to improve the customer experience. PKP Intercity will reward the best ideas with travel vouchers and gifts from the company.
"We try our best to tailor our offer to the needs and expectations of travellers. Therefore, a communication channel such as the application form is a valuable and necessary tool for social consultation. We invite everyone interested in railroads to share their ideas or suggestions," said Tomasz Gontarz, member of the board of PKP Intercity.
