The latest May update to the PKP.app introduces several key features aimed at improving user experience and station maintenance. The most significant addition is a module allowing users to report faults at railway stations. Users can easily pinpoint a particular station, select the key icon on the navigation bar and report any issues related to station infrastructure, such as lifts, escalators, or automatic doors. The feature prompts the user to provide a brief description and attach photos, thereby allowing precise identification of the problem location before hitting the "report fault" button.

Marta Strębska, Deputy Director of the Office of Commercialisation, Communication and Promotion at PKP S.A., believes that the new module will enable the station's technical staff to respond promptly and efficiently to potential faults. This swift resolution should contribute to elevating the satisfaction and comfort levels of thousands of commuters who use Polish railway stations daily.

The PKP.app, which was launched earlier this year by Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A., is continuously being upgraded to cater to users' needs. The latest May update also features a more user-friendly homepage and a simplified train timetable presentation. Now, users can quickly access the desired functions and view a table of train departures from a selected station by simply choosing the timetable icon. Another user-friendly update is the feature that shows the expected delay of a train from the start station to the end station. This new tool, a comprehensive travel assistant, is available for download in the Google Play and App Store.
