Starting October 4th, the latest round of the DiscoverEU program rolls out, offering young Europeans a chance to win free train travel for an entire month. This unique initiative, backed by the European Commission, provides 18-year-olds from European Union nations and several associated third countries a chance to explore over 40,000 destinations, spanning bustling cities to historical towns.
The goal is to inspire a new generation to form connections, boost language skills, and experience the beauty of Europe. Last year, nearly 10,000 youngsters applied, with over 2.7 thousand Polish participants bagging the golden ticket for what many deemed the journey of a lifetime.

For those eligible (those born between January 1, 2005, and December 31, 2005), the application process is fairly straightforward. They can either opt for a flexible ticket, make itinerary changes on the go, or stick to a pre-planned journey.
