ÖBB has announced that important railway construction will take place on the tracks between Innsbruck and Hall in Tirol from June 17 to 20 and June 24 to 27, 2022.
During this time, S-Bahn trains will be cancelled, and there will be changes in travel times. The construction work will involve the dismantling of auxiliary bridges on tracks 1 and 2, which is part of the new Rum mobility hub project.

As a result of this work, there will be changes in the departure and arrival times of the S-Bahn trains between Innsbruck Hbf. and Kufstein station. A rail replacement service (SEV) will be provided with buses for the S-Bahn line 5 (Ötztal-Jenbach) between Innsbruck main station and Hall in Tirol station from 07:30 to 21:30. Night S-Bahn trains 5193, 5194, 5195, and 5196 will be replaced with buses between Innsbruck main station and Hall in Tirol station and back.
