From June 17 to 20 and from June 24 to 27, 2022, important railroad construction work will take place in the section between Innsbruck and Hall in Tirol. This will result in the cancellation of individual S-Bahn trains as well as changing travel times. From Friday, June 17, 2022 (22:00) to Monday, June 20, 2022 (05:00) as well as from Friday, June 24, 2022 (22:00) to Monday, June 27, 2022 (05:00), the auxiliary bridges on tracks 1 and 2 will be removed in the course of the construction work on the new Rum mobility hub. Due to this important work, there will also be restrictions on local trains in the section between Innsbruck Hbf. and Hall in Tirol station and back.
The effects in detail:
- The S-Bahn trains between Innsbruck Hbf. and Kufstein station and back will partly run at changed times. Customers are requested to pay attention to earlier or later departure times
- For the trains of the S-Bahn line 5 (Ötztal - Jenbach), a rail replacement service (SEV) with buses will be provided between Innsbruck main station and Hall in Tirol station and back for the duration of the work between 07:30 and 21:30. Customers are asked to pay attention to the changed departure and arrival stops of the SEV buses
- For the night S-Bahn trains 5193 (02:05 hrs from Innsbruck main station) and 5195 (03:05 hrs from Innsbruck main station) and the night S-Bahn trains 5194 (02:44 hrs from Hall in Tirol) and 5196 (03:44 hrs from Hall in Tirol), buses will be used between Innsbruck main station and Hall in Tirol station and back. Customers are asked to pay attention to the changed departure and arrival stops of the SEV buses. In addition, customers are asked to pay attention to the earlier departure times of the night S-Bahn trains 5194 and 5196 from Kufstein in the direction of Hall in Tirol. The night S-Bahn trains 5193 and 5195 between Hall in Tirol and Kufstein will run later.
