At this year's first Paradies Garten Festival on August 5, 6, and 7 in Bruck an der Leitha, sustainability will be the top priority. To make the arrival and departure of visitors from the Vienna metropolitan area environmentally friendly, ÖBB will provide additional trains to and from Bruck an der Leitha on the festival weekend. It brings the organizers one step closer to their declared goal of becoming Austria's most sustainable festival.

The aim of ÖBB's green mobility partnership with the Paradies Garten Festival is to reduce car traffic around the festival to a minimum. At most music festivals, the majority of the total CO2 emissions are caused by the arrival and departure of the visitors. The cooperation between ÖBB and the Paradies Garten Festival aims to reduce the number of visitors arriving by car to less than 40 percent and thus reduce the festival's CO2 footprint by a good tenth. The noise reduction in Bruck an der Leitha and the resulting reduced disturbance for residents due to the absence of cars are further positive side effects.

Free return journey with the ÖBB additional trains

With up to four connections per hour, you can get from Vienna directly to the center of Bruck in less than half an hour, and from there, you can reach the festival grounds in a short time. To ensure an environmentally friendly departure by train after the end of the main acts, the Paradies Garten NightLiner will run from Bruck to Vienna Central Station without stopover during the night from Saturday to Sunday (07 August 2022) at 01:00 a.m. and 01:45 a.m. After the festival on Sunday (07 August 2022), all festival visitors can easily and comfortably commute back to Vienna by train at 10:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. These additional connections are available to all visitors of the Paradies Garten Festival free of charge.

Tickets for the Paradies Garten Festival are available at www.paradiesgartenfestival.at.

Luggage service from the train station to the camping site

Furthermore, ÖBB offers a luggage service in the form of a festival buggy at the train station in Bruck an der Leitha, with which visitors can transport their camping equipment the last few meters to the camping sites without stress. People arriving by train at the station in Bruck, unlike many other festivals, do not have to prepare for an arduous walk with heavy luggage to the festival site but can comfortably cover the short walk with the ÖBB Festival Buggy.

With the KlimaTicket to cheaper festival passes

In addition, all KlimaTicket customers receive a 20 percent discount on their Paradies Garten festival ticket. All customers have to do is send the festival a direct message with their KlimaTicket ticket number, and they will receive a time-limited discount code for all Paradies Garten Festival tickets.
