From rail and road to air and sea, Transport Logistic 2025 has officially kicked off in Munich. With hundreds of experts, cutting-edge startups, and daily discussions shaping the future of global logistics, the event sets a new benchmark for the industry.

The world’s largest logistics fair has officially begun in Munich. Four massive halls, dozens of discussion topics, and hundreds of global experts are offering visitors the very best from across the transport spectrum—from rail and road to air and maritime logistics. The event also features startups, research projects, and forward-looking debates on the future of delivery. RAILTARGET is on-site to report.

The official conference programme of Transport Logistic 2025 is organised in collaboration with renowned conceptual partners. It spans a broad range of topics—from railway and road transport to aviation, maritime logistics, and urban delivery systems. Lectures and panel discussions are taking place in Halls A1, A2, A3, and B1 in both German and English, with simultaneous translation provided.

Four Halls, Dozens of Topics, Hundreds of Speakers

The forum programme is divided thematically, with each day bringing new panels focused on digitalisation, automation, sustainability, and supply chain security. Air cargo will once again play a central role, with the concurrent air cargo Europe conference—the world’s largest event dedicated to air freight logistics—taking place in parallel.

Exhibitor Stage & Campus Plaza: Real-World Innovation in Focus

The Exhibitor Stage and Campus Plaza will spotlight speakers from companies and research institutions around the globe. Visitors will have the chance to engage with case studies, startup showcases, and research projects. Hall A3’s Campus Plaza will feature a different theme each day—four days, four topics, and one shared platform for networking and innovation.

The programme also includes press conferences and exhibitor-led events, which will continue to be updated up until the start of the fair. A complete schedule of all lectures and presentations will be available both on the official website and in the Transport Logistic mobile app.
