Munich is set to become the global capital of logistics as Transport Logistic 2025 opens its doors to four days of in-depth discussions on the future of freight.

With an expansive conference programme developed in collaboration with leading institutional partners, this year’s edition promises to tackle today’s most pressing challenges—from sustainability to automation—and bring fresh insights across all transport modes.

Held from 2 to 5 June 2025, the official conference programme of the world’s leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management will span rail, road, air, maritime, and urban logistics. Organised with input from industry thought leaders, the programme features presentations and panels in Halls A1, A2, A3, and B1, with sessions held in both German and English, supported by live interpretation.

A Thematic Deep Dive: From Digital Disruption to Air Cargo Frontlines

Each day will focus on different thematic clusters, bringing together experts and decision-makers to discuss digitalisation, automation, climate-neutral transport, supply chain security, and more. Of particular note is the air cargo Europe conference—the largest international platform for air freight logistics, returning as an integral part of the event with strong industry participation and high-level dialogue.

Exhibitor Stage and Campus Plaza Spotlight Real-World Innovation

Beyond the main programme, the Exhibitor Stage and Campus Plaza in Hall A3 will host daily sessions featuring startups, case studies, and collaborative research. These zones offer attendees a closer look at practical applications and emerging technologies, with each day structured around a different theme. This setup creates an ideal platform for networking and interdisciplinary exchange among logisticians, transport professionals, and academic researchers.

Flexible Scheduling and Live Updates via App and Website

The fair’s organisers emphasise the programme’s accessibility. A full schedule, including press conferences and exhibitor-led events, will be regularly updated and made available through the official website and app. This ensures participants can tailor their experience to focus on what matters most to their business or research.

At Transport Logistic 2025, the conference programme is more than just a supporting act—it is a hub of strategic foresight, where future-proof logistics solutions take shape. Whether it’s supply chain resilience, digital platforms, or climate neutrality, Munich will host the conversations shaping tomorrow’s freight landscape.
