Approximately 1,375 companies will be exhibiting at the Munich Exhibition Centre, 60% of which are from abroad. The event will be officially opened by the Federal Minister of Transport, Dr. Volker Wissing. The exhibitors will present their services, products and innovations in an area of 127,000 m2, which consists of ten halls and other outdoor areas.
This year, for the first time ever, exhibitors will be able to use the newly created Campus Plaza in Hall B2 to present their companies and start-ups. Visitors can discuss various topics, such as sustainability, alternative drives and career opportunities with experts. In the pavilion of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK), 17 young and innovative companies from IT, telematics, e-business and telecommunications will be presenting themselves.
