Rail Business Days in Ostrava Kicks Off Its Second Day with RAILTARGET Onsite

The three-day Rail Business Days fair in Ostrava has started its second day, and RAILTARGET is on-site to bring you live updates.

Wednesday's program includes a presentation by Hexagon and the unveiling of a Stadler vehicle. The Slovakia Shuttle project, which will be showcased at booth A02, will highlight individual car shipments. There will also be a presentation by ČD CARGO. Additionally, the Czech-Polish conference will take place. At 2 PM, a press conference by ATO will focus on energy savings for EMU Latvia.

Today's conference will begin with data collection and the creation of a 3D digital reality— a digital twin in the railway environment. This will be followed by a presentation from ČD Cargo Poland covering its history, development, and plans, along with presentations from Polish companies. There will also be a debate on cross-border cooperation between the city of Ostrava and its partner city, Katowice.
