After two days of discussions, product launches and networking, Rail Business Days 2026 has entered its third and final day at Ostrava’s Trojhalí Karolina.
As one of Central Europe’s leading railway industry events, the exhibition has once again brought together manufacturers, operators, infrastructure managers, policymakers and technology providers from across the region.
The first two days featured a packed programme focused on the future of rail transport, including discussions on high-speed rail development, battery-powered trains, digitalisation, cybersecurity and the modernisation of passenger and freight services. Visitors also had the opportunity to explore a wide range of indoor and outdoor exhibits, including rolling stock displays and the latest innovations from across the railway supply chain.
A number of industry announcements and vehicle presentations attracted significant attention, while conferences, workshops and business meetings provided a platform for exchanging ideas and strengthening cooperation across the sector.
Today, the exhibition enters its concluding phase. Visitors still have the opportunity to explore the exhibition halls, meet exhibitors and industry experts, and take part in the final networking activities before the event closes later this afternoon.
As a media partner of Rail Business Days 2026, RAILTARGET is on site throughout the event, bringing readers the latest news, interviews and coverage directly from Ostrava.
