InnoTrans Asia is still more than a year away, but demand is already building fast. Organisers say early bookings point to strong international interest in the new Singapore-based event.

A year and a half before its debut in September 2027, InnoTrans Asia is already proving very popular. About a third of the exhibition space in Singapore is already fully booked, with exhibitors from 30 countries registered for the new trade fair focused on the Asia-Pacific mobility market.

The early uptake shows the international appeal of the new format, which is designed to complement InnoTrans, the global flagship event for transport technology organised by Messe Berlin.

"We are delighted with the extremely promising start of InnoTrans Asia," said Kai Mangelberger, Head of the Mobility Division at Messe Berlin, pointing to strong interest from both established industry players and new partners.

Strong International Lineup

Leading companies such as Continental, HARTING, Vossloh and Bozankaya have already confirmed their participation. The exhibitor base is further supported by official national pavilions from Japan, Spain, Australia and Switzerland.

German companies will also be able to participate through a national joint booth organised with support from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in cooperation with AUMA. The initiative aims to provide a structured entry point into the fast-growing Asian market.

Focus on Multimodal Transport

InnoTrans Asia will also introduce a BUS2BUS Zone within its Public Transport segment, showing strong regional demand for bus and integrated mobility solutions. The concept was already presented at BUS2BUS in Berlin, where it attracted significant attention from visitors and exhibitors.

InnoTrans Asia will take place from 7 to 9 September 2027 at the Singapore EXPO, bringing together stakeholders across railway technology, infrastructure, public transport, interiors and tunnel construction.
