The second day of the InnoTrans 2022 trade fair met us with a rich programme to learn about the latest trends in the industry, and RAILTARGET's editorial team was on-site to keep you updated on the most important highlights of the fair and bring you the most interesting information, insights and photos from the event. Let's take a look at the throwback to what the second day was about.
We prepared a series of articles to give you more details about the event. On the second day, we presented you with live coverage from the Digital Automatic Coupling - Transforming Europe's Rail Freight event under the auspices of Europe's Rail and informed you about the new level of cooperation between PKP and Ukrzaliznytsia.
RAILTARGET was excited to have interviewed some representatives of the railway sector. Lucy Prior, Business Growth Director of TTS Trough-Tec Systems, talked about the company's portfolio and its business area, Sigrid Evelyn Nikutta, CEO of DB Cargo AG, shared thoughts on DAC being the European rail freight future and the sources for its financing, and Carlo Borghini, CEO of ERJU, spoke about the importance of the DAC for Europe's future, the development plans, and the funding issue. We were also happy to meet Chris Carr, Head of Executive Office and Communication at ERA, as well as ZÖLLNER representatives Dr Britta Lissina, Head of Sales, Frank Peters, Head of Business Unit Rail, and Christian Junge, Head of Production Line ATWS. Max Warmuth, Sales Director at GerTEK, also talked about his excitement over the event.
The series of throwback articles will now continue and we are looking forward to reminiscing about the best moments of InnoTrans 2022 with you.
