On April 25-27, the European Economic Congress 2022 is taking place in Katowice, to discuss the future of the European and, particularly, Polish economies. This representative and open forum addresses many important questions and topics. What will drive sales in 2022? Can modern e-commerce be customer-centric yet smart and sustainable? What factors are shaping new customer behaviour?
The critical questions are spread over three days, each dedicated to several distinct topics. With the first two days behind us, it's safe to say that a lot of work has been done and many issues have been discussed, and now we can take a look at a quick recap of the schedule.
