What factors are shaping new customer behaviour?

The critical questions are spread over three days, each dedicated to several distinct topics. With the first two days behind us, it's safe to say that a lot of work has been done and many issues have been discussed, and now we can take a look at a quick recap of the schedule.

Now, with so many topics having been covered by now, what did the last day of the congress have in store for the participants?
