Chief Officer of Human resources has proudly welcomed four new employees from across the country during an online press conference. The new employees got initiated on behalf of thousands of co-workers. It is obvious that during the tough pandemic days, the applicants were looking for steady job positions. The fear of insecurity brought a wide range of applicants that applied for diverse positions.

Because: The mobility transition requires committed employees! 22,000 times this year, we put our heads and offered an employment contract. From the engineer to the train driver, we warmly welcome new colleagues. We believe that diversity makes us strong. The high number of recruits also shows that the DB is an attractive employer in an unclear job market. "
