On June 30, CTL logistics' supervisory board made changes to the Board of Directors of CTL Logistics. Paweł Stawarz, who currently manages CTL Północ, will take over the duties of Paweł Stawarz by decision of the Council of the current Member of the Management Board for the Operation Andrzei Pawłowski. Przemysław Palonku, a member of the Board of Directors for Trade and Development, will be replaced by Krzysztof Pietrzyk, who manages CTL Logistics Gmbh.
Krzysztof Pietrzyk and Paweł Stawarz have been working in the CTL logistics group for more than 3 years.
Joint management of railway companies, combined with the consolidation of sales and operating teams, will ensure more efficient functioning of the group and strengthen its position on the market, especially in key crossborder and first/last mile projects.

CTL Logistics Gmbh and CTL Północ are of strategic importance for our group and for the realization of strategic objectives set by the owner for the Board of Directors of CTL Logistics. Our task is to transform the group into an international logistics concern that will operate effectively in the most attractive and but also demanding markets. Over the last few years, we have consolidated most of the support functions, implemented a number of development projects, including the most technologically advanced IT system for railway logistics in Poland, to which Andrzej Pawłowski and Przemysław Palonka have contributed significantly. I would like to thank them both for years of cooperation and joint preparation of the foundations for the aforementioned transformation - adds CEO Grzegorz Bogacki.
