The Metrans terminal now offers a wide range of services with their HUB terminal in Prague, regular shipments of containers flow from the south-western region of Czechia, connecting it with the rest of the world.
The Pilsen terminal, situated near the village of Nýřany, is strategically positioned for easy access to Pilsen-Bory, as well as to Bor u Tachova industrial parks. Even customers, such as sawmill companies close to the Bayern-Czechia border, utilize the quick connectivity of the Pilsen terminal. Shipping goods by trucks to Pilsen, later by trains to Prague HUB terminal, and then with regular trains to the North Sea ports to stay combined with the entire world.
The terminal includes an area of 50,000 sqm. Three rail tracks with a total length of 1.2 km allow quick transshipment of containers from the train and the delivery to your door via cooperation with 40 long-term subcontracted trucks.
With two gantry cranes, the environmental footprint of this process is lowered to minimal, completed by empty containers positioned by a reach stacker.
