Restoring Logistics in Ukraine
Rail transport is 70% more eco-friendly than air freight, which is currently unavailable in Ukraine due to the ongoing Russian full-scale war. Customers can also obtain a CO2 savings certificate, emphasizing the service's sustainability. Compared to road transport, rail freight ensures greater delivery reliability and consistency. JUSDA Europe’s Director, Petr Škoda, stated, "Through this new service, we aim to improve Ukraine's logistics connectivity while offering a comprehensive solution for this vital market. The biweekly train schedule may vary depending on border conditions and return train loads."
Unlocking Ukraine's Economic Potential
The service guarantees fast border crossings, including customs clearance, storage, and cargo handling. Freight can be fully loaded within two working days and unloaded within 24 hours. Petr Škoda pointed out, "Ukraine holds immense economic potential, currently paralyzed by Russia's invasion. Our goal is to restore a stable logistics network that reconnects Ukraine with Europe, facilitating the delivery of essential materials and supporting future reconstruction efforts."

Russia's Invasion of Ukraine: Uncertainty Continues
While the Russian war in Ukraine persists, global attention is now focused on potential shifts following the election of the next U.S. president. Speculations about Ukraine developing simple nuclear weapons recently surfaced but were denied by Ukrainian officials. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi clarified on social media platform X that Ukraine has no intention of pursuing nuclear weapons.
This response followed a report by The Times, which claimed Ukraine could create a basic nuclear bomb within months if U.S. military aid ceased. The report cited a document linked to a military think tank, as detailed by E15.cz.
