InRail, is a railway company founded in 2009 able to offer transport for all types of goods in Italy and Slovenia, can now extend its services also in Croatia by obtaining the Single Safety Certificate (SSC) issued by ERA - European Union Agency for Railways for Croatia and valid until 20 December 2025.

ERA is the EU Railway Agency in charge of issuing single safety certificates and ad authorizations valid in several European countries with the aim of ensuring an interoperable European system, traffic management and develop a single European railway area. Based in France in Valenciennes, contributes to the integration of European railway networks by making trains safer and allowing them to cross national borders without stopping.

Dynamism and flexibility in rail freight transport
InRail is a railway company founded in 2009 and able to offer transport for all types of goods in Italy and, the only private Italian company authorized in Slovenia thanks to the Unique Safety Certificate (SSC) issued by ERA.
InRail is part of a network of associated companies active in maneuvering, rail transport, maintenance, logistics, and training which today has a total of 338 employees for a turnover of approximately 66 million euros in 2019.
The share capital of the company is divided between Tenor (63%) and Inter-Rail (37%).
With legal and administrative headquarters in Genoa and operational offices in Udine and Nova Gorica (Slovenia), InRail now has a staff of 147 employees including accredited instructors for staff training, expert agents for verification activities technical, conduct and train training, as well as a multilingual operations room in charge of organizing and manning the 24-hour traffic. InRail provides transport services for all types of goods, such as raw materials, ferrous scrap, products, steel, chemical products, cereals, timber, cars, and RID goods both gas and liquid, and regularly performs its services goods on numerous reports. Specifically, the main destinations interested in / out of Tarvisio Boscoverde, Villa Opicina and Nova Gorica are Udine, Osoppo, San Giorgio di Nogaro, Piacenza, Cava Tigozzi (Cremona), Portogruaro (Venice), Cava Manara (Pavia), Poggio Rusco (Mantua), San Pietro in Gù (Vicenza) and various locations in Piedmont, with a current average of about 150 trains operated per week.
InRail can extend its services to Croatia thanks to Single Safety Certificate released by ERA and valid until 2025, December 20th. Now the company can operate throughout Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia with increased competitiveness and autonomy on even longer connections.
Today the company operates with heavy trains until 2200 tons regularly in Schedule 5 locomotives with diesel unit on board which allow operating services even when there is no shunting service or unelectrified lines of the network have to be run 9 C3 Class locomotives with an axial weight limitation of 20 tons.
