The accident occurred in Asbest, at Factory 6 station of the Uralasbest plant. On August 13, while the locomotive was moving 21 empty wagons along the internal railway tracks, the last of them derailed and collapsed.

Unfortunately, the wagon knocked down a wooden toilet used by the workers. A 49-years old woman, who worked at the factory as a weigher, was there at the time.

She died on the spot. The woman worked at the plant for almost 30 years. Investigators will now look into the causes of the derailment.
