Vectron locomotives have reached more than 300 million kilometers and are approved for operation in Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.
It has recently been approved for operation in Belgium. On Czech Railways, Vectron locomotives of various carriers operate both heavy freight trains and important express trains in traveler transport.
Vectron locomotives by Siemens Mobility were manufactured for the first time in 2010. making their way up to now over 1100 Vectron locomotives sold to over 50 customers in 16 countries
