Thanks to Captrain Polska's fleet of specialized wagons for long rails, it was the first to deliver cargo to a country that ordered the rails produced in a steel mill in Poland.
The transport took place across the border in Frankfurt (Oder) and then via the Rostock port, from which it ferry delivered its wagons to the Swedish port of Trelleborg.
Later, our subcontractor's locomotive transported the goods to the terminal station of Hallsberg in Sweden.
In 2022, further shipments of the long rail to Scandinavia will get carried out, including the 120m rail.
Currently, two new trains are on their way to Sweden.
