The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. and the trade unions within the company have reached an agreement on pay increases, effectively ending the collective dispute. The agreement, effective from January 1, 2023, will result in a cost of approximately PLN 166 million for the company.
This pay increase meets the Social Side's demands for 2022 and concludes the collective dispute that began in 2022.
