PKP CARGO's president, Dariusz Seliga, has been featured in the esteemed ranking by the "MIT Sloan Management Review Polska" magazine, which honors the most effective managers of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Dariusz Seliga secured the 6th position among the top 10 CEOs of medium-sized companies in the mWIG40 index. The ranking recognized a total of 30 managers from the WIG20, mWIG40, and sWIG80 indices who excelled during "challenging times" and were instrumental in "enhancing their enterprise value during periods of crisis."

The rankings were determined based on four primary criteria. The first criterion measures the total return to shareholders in 2022, adjusted by the rise in the benchmark index specific to each company. The second criterion looks at the change in the nominal value of capitalization for 2022, offset by returns from the industry-specific index. The third factor considers market indicators, derived from data published in financial reports for the entirety of 2022. Lastly, profitability indicators from annual reports were also taken into account.
