At Tuesday's meeting, the VIII term of the Supervisory Board office of PKP CARGO S.A. was formed. Władysław Szczepkowski, who has been a member of this body since 2017, was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Between 2005 and 2007, Władysław Szczepkowski served as PKP CARGO's president, while from October 2021 to April 2022, he was delegated by the Supervisory Board to perform the duties of PKP CARGO's president.
The Supervisory Board also elected its vice chairman, a position that will be held by Andrzej Leszczynski during this term. He was appointed to the Supervisory Board at the last PKP CARGO Shareholders' Meeting in June. It is his first term on the Supervisory Board.

In addition, the Board includes: Henryk Grymel, Tomasz Pietrek, Jarosław Ślepaczuk (all three are employee representatives), Marek Ryszka, Paweł Sosnowski, Jarosław Stawiarski, Michał Wnorowski and Izabela Wojtyczka.
The Supervisory Board also appointed its Audit Committee with a new composition today. The Committee is composed of Izabela Wojtyczka, Michal Wnorowski and Jaroslaw Slepaczuk.
