On Tuesday, the formation of the VIII term of the Supervisory Board office of PKP CARGO S.A. was carried out. Following the election, Władysław Szczepkowski was chosen as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, a position he has held since 2017.
Szczepkowski previously served as PKP CARGO's president from 2005 to 2007, and from October 2021 to April 2022, he was delegated by the Supervisory Board to perform the duties of PKP CARGO's president.
The Board also elected Andrzej Leszczynski as its vice chairman for the term, and his appointment was made at the last PKP CARGO Shareholders' Meeting in June. Leszczynski is currently serving his first term on the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board is further comprised of Henryk Grymel, Tomasz Pietrek, Jarosław Ślepaczuk (all three of whom are employee representatives), Marek Ryszka, Paweł Sosnowski, Jarosław Stawiarski, Michał Wnorowski, and Izabela Wojtyczka.
Additionally, the Board appointed its Audit Committee during the meeting, which is composed of members Izabela Wojtyczka, Michal Wnorowski, and Jaroslaw Slepaczuk.
