Nelt Group, the leading distribution, and logistics company in Serbia and the region presented Acceleration 2025, a strategy for the next three years of business. It aims to improve the company's distribution, logistics, and brands based on corporate values and a healthy organization.
According to Darko Lukić, executive vice president, the objectives of the strategy are to find new partners in logistics and distribution, strategic initiatives, sustainable sources of growth with existing businesses, prerequisites for the strategy, and redistribution of profits between logistics, distribution, and brands. For this strategy to be successful, it is necessary to improve knowledge and skills at all levels of the company, have the appropriate infrastructure and technology, as well as create a source of competitive advantage.
CEO Miloš Jelić said that over the past two difficult years, complicated by the COVID-19 pandemic, Nelt Group has coped well and, by all business indicators, has been successful, both in terms of profit, quality of services, and value creation in relationships with employees and customers.
The event was held at the Yugoslav Film Archive Museum, and, in addition to Nelt Group officials, the presentation was also attended by Dragan Bjelogrlić, actor, director, and producer. On stage, he spoke with Corporate Communications Manager Marko Milanković about the business aspect of the film industry, the importance of marketing in film, what vision means in business, and what it means in art and similar topics.
