As part of accelerating the organizational changes envisaged by the Accelerate 2025 Strategy, the current Executive Director for Human Resources of the Nelt Group, Robert Jenovai, has taken on a new leading position within the organization.
From April 1 this year, Robert will be the Executive Director for the Serbian market, where he will be responsible for the success of the distribution business, supply chain, as well as logistics services.
His career at Nelt has lasted for 25 years. He started it with a position in sales. To this day, he has progressed several times and was able to gain knowledge and experience in various segments of the company's business.
As General Manager of Neregelia, he led the Montenegrin market and was the first member of Nelt's expat team in Africa. As Director, he led Nelt Africa and managed operations in the Angola, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Malawi markets. Upon his return from Africa, he was in charge of sales development in the Western Balkans.

The last two years he spent as a member of the Executive Board at the head of Nelt's global human resources department, he gained specific insights and skills that currently make him even more ready to lead the largest market in which Nelt operates.
Robert is a graduate economist of the Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies Doba, Department of Business, in Slovenia.
As he says, the new position is a challenge and motivation for him and a great responsibility for the people and the overall business results of the Nelt Group.
