Directors of Nelt Group met in Belgrade at the second quarterly meeting in 2022. On the first day of the meeting, which was held at the Mama Shelter Hotel, the business results for the first six months of 2022 were presented. The key challenges, as well as the positive aspects of the business so far, were discussed.
The executive director for the Serbian market Robert Jenovai, the executive director for the Montenegrin market Ljilja Pižurica, the executive director for the Bosnia and Herzegovina market Goran Cerovina, the executive director for the Albanian market Alban Ujkashej, the finance manager for the Angola market Srđan Bogetić, the finance manager for the market Africa Rade Crnomarković and operations and sales manager for the Angolan market Selma Hadžić discussed the results.
The opening speech on the first day was given by Nelt Group CEO Miloš Jelić, while CFO Marko Cilić spoke about business results and challenges at the Group level.
Executive director of human resources Bojana Mucić, talent manager Ivana Idei Todorić and manager of corporate communications Marko Milanković held an employer branding workshop in which the key findings of the research on the perception of Neltak as an employer conducted by the Kantar agency in November 2021 were presented.
Executive Director for Information and Communication Technologies Milan Bukorović spoke about the results and projects of the ICT sector - new technologies, IT security, collaboration on cloud applications, project archiving and changes that should be implemented in daily work.
On the second day of the meeting, the executive directors presented the remaining indicators and the implementation of OHI initiatives in all markets, and the executive vice president of the Nelt Group, Darko Lukić, spoke about the remaining status of the key initiatives defined by the Accelerate 2025 strategy.
Representatives of the participating sectors CEO Office - communications manager Marko Milanković, quality manager Jelena Filipović, manager of legal affairs Sunčica Milić and security manager Miroljub Nenadović presented key activities and plans for their sectors.
For the participants of the meeting, Branko Vujadinović, associate for the evaluation of candidates for management positions, held a workshop on talent management, a crucial aspect of human resources, but also on leading teams in general.
