Pasi Oikkonen, MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, has been appointed as Operations Director in VR FleetCare's new Operations function. Pasi joins VR from Kone, where he has held an international Quality Master Black Belt role, contributing to the development and implementation of a continuous improvement model. This model aimed to integrate and manage operational and development work as a new approach. Prior to his tenure at Kone, Pasi boasts an extensive 20-year career at ABB, primarily in the Motors & Generators business, encompassing different roles in R&D, quality, and operations.
