In May, LTG Cargo transported more than 30,000 tonnes of goods. The first 2 trains with agricultural products from Ukraine also reached Lithuania in May, the first time in the history of Lietuvos Geležinkeliai Group that cargo from Ukraine reached Lithuania by rail, bypassing Belarus. These cargoes were transported on the territory of Lithuania by LTG Cargo, and from the Ukrainian-Polish border by its subsidiary LTG Cargo Polska and partners. In addition, in May, for the first time, military equipment arrived and was loaded in Kaunas on the 1435 mm track.
