The Supervisory Board appointed Dariusza Seligę as President of the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. He was appointed president of PKP CARGO CONNECT sp. z o.o. in 2016 and a member of the PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL a.s. board in 2019.
Dariusz Seligę graduated from Pawel Włodkowic University in Płock (majoring in administration), the post-graduate course at the Kozminski Universityof Enterprise and Management in Warsaw, and the National Defense Academy, where he completed a four-year doctoral program. In addition, he completed the Postgraduate Management Executive MBA Railroad Sector and has many years of experience as a board member and supervisory board member of companies in the capital city.
In addition, Zenon Kozendra was appointed to the board for another term and reappointed to the board as an employee representative. He graduated from the Higher School of Public Administration in Kielce and completed post-graduate studies in management at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He served several times as an employee representative on the Management Board and Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. From 2006 to 2009, he was a member of the Management Board of the Association of Railway Employers in Poland and has many years of experience in the railway sector, which he regularly incorporates into his innovative ideas to improve the quality of work and services PKP CARGO S.A.
