Alstom will offer courses to the Cracow University of Technology's students, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs on rail traffic control. The courses will feature open lectures and discussion circles where Alstom experts will share their knowledge and expertise in conducting research together with the university faculty.
According to Adam Juretko, Managing Director of Alstom ZWUS Sp.z o.o, the partnership will help develop competencies related to the design and implementation of modern rail traffic control systems, essential for sustainable mobility, which is a fascinating, future-oriented, and attractive field of knowledge.
The Cracow University of Technology Director, Professor Andrzej Białkiewicz, added that the collaboration between the two parties would enable the development and improvement of the university's educational offer, especially in the training of qualified engineering staff for the railroad industry, with the opportunity for internships and apprenticeships at Alstom being a unique chance for students to learn from the best.

Alstom has been running courses in the design of safe systems and dependency systems with the Department of Transportation and Aeronautical Engineering and the Department of Automatic Control Electronics and Computer Science at the Silesian University of Technology since 2014, and the courses are popular among graduates and engineering students. The company is also involved in other teaching activities at various faculties of the Silesian University of Technology, among other universities.
